Diagnostic time is typically not covered unless it’s required to address a verified workmanship issue related to the original repair.

Do you warranty customer-supplied parts?

We can install customer-supplied parts upon request, but warranty coverage may be limited to workmanship only. We’ll confirm details on the estimate.

Call us as soon as possible. We’ll help you document the concern and advise next steps, including coordinating with another shop when appropriate.
